Josef Addleman (NPC)

Josef Addleman has portrayed a number of desperadoes, post-apocalyptic warboys, and assorted goons in shows with Sex T-Rex, as well as improvising and teaching with the Improv Embassy in Ottawa. Other times he hits large Japanese drums, and occasionally serves as a Dungeon Master to some nerds.

Conor Bradbury (Ronoc)

For the past decade Conor Bradbury had been performing improv and indie theater to gain financial support for his true passion of bartending. He is a founding member of Sex T-Rex and a regular performer at Bad Dog Theatre. He has performed in countless comedy shows and festivals across Canada and the United States (including The Next Stage Festival, The Montreal Improv Fest, Toronto’s Big City Improv Fest, New York’s Del Close Marathon, Edmonton’s Improvaganza and a whole whack of Fringe Festivals). He is appearing in two shows at this year’s Fringe Festival, so be sure to check out Entrances and Exits as well!

Julian Frid (NPC)

Julian is an actor, improviser, teacher and founding member of Sex T Rex. Born in Oakville, Ontario, in his youth he trained with the Creative Theatre Company and racked up an impressive number of community theatre roles before moving to Toronto to study at the George Brown Theatre School. He then went on to follow a more improvisational path, volunteering with the Canadian Improv Games and studying primarily with the Impatient Theatre Company and Bad Dog Theatre Company. Julian has also studied improv in the United States, namely with the Improv Olympic and the Upright Citizens Brigade. He currently teaches beginner improv at the University of Toronto ,and has hosted and help organize the University’s provincial improv competition. Julian dallies with film as well but he enjoys dedicating most of his efforts towards Sex T Rex and moonlighting as a woodsman at his family cottage.

Kyah Green (Finley)

Kyah Green is a comedic performer, writer and director, born and raised in Toronto. Kyah is an alumni of the Second City Conservatory and the Bad Dog Feature Players, currently part of Bad Dog’s Emerging Creators Unit, and a regular contributor to The Beaverton’s online publication. Kyah can be found performing improv monthly as part of Kinsey Fail and Songbuster: An Improvised Musical, doing stand-up as part of the Queer and Present Danger collective or creating shows with their DIY nerdy feminist theatre company, the Cardboard Sword Collective.

Ted Hambly (NPC)

Ted Hambly is incredibly excited to be part of D&D Live at fringe!!! Ted has been performing stand-up, sketch, and Improv in Toronto for the past five years. He is a graduate of the Humber comedy writing and performance program as well as the second city Conservatory program and graduated in 2012 with the show “All the World’s a Stage of Grief” which he then took to that years Toronto Fringe Festival. Recently he was apart of the inaugural Second City House Company. He has since appeared in the Second City writing graduation show “Auto Neurotic Asphyxiation”, “Dungeons & Dragons Live”, the Toronto Fringe critical hits “Everything is Fine” and “Everyone Loves Sealand” and with his improv troupes ”Corey Matthews” and “Orson Whales” that have performed across Toronto, Montreal, Detroit and New York. Ted would like to thank his frustratingly supportive parents, his many encouraging teachers and coaches, and his amazing group of friends.

Liz Johnston (Meriderr)

Liz Johnston is a Toronto based actor and improviser. She is part of the repertory company at the Bad Dog Theatre Company and a member of the Monkey Toast Players. Liz regularly performs as an improviser in Toronto with her award winning troupe Your Kids, and has performed as part of festivals in the US, Europe, and Asia. You can also catch Liz on stage as part of Entrances and Exits, a show she co-created with Ruth Goodwin and is also part of the Fringe Festival! On screen you can find Liz playing Ginger in Nickelodeon’s new show Star Falls. She can’t wait to share Merrider’s cherry attitude and dark history with you all!

Isabel Kanaan (NPC)

Isabel Kanaan is a Second City and Seneca College Acting for Camera and Voice alumna. She was awarded the NBC Universal Bob Curry Fellowship, NOW Toronto’s breakthrough stage artist of 2017, and one of RBC’s Top 25 immigrants of Canada. Best known for CBC’s “Air Farce”, Canadian Comedy Award winning troupe “The Sketchersons”, and Second City’s EdCo. She received rave reviews for her performance in ”Prairie Nurse” at Factory Theatre, “Ponytail” during the Reel Asian International Film Festival, and for her lead role in the “Haunted or Hoax” series, which won the NYC Web Fest’s Audience Choice Award. She toured the sketch revue “Hey ‘90s Kids, You’re Old” which won awards in Toronto and New York festivals and has worked with the CFC (“The Housekeeper” and “Philip”). She co-wrote and performed in Carlos Bulosan Theatre’s stage play “Anak” and just debuted a new Filipinx sketch troupe in which she writes and performs in, the Tita Collective. Victoria Laberge (Publicist)

Victoria Laberge is a Toronto-based arts administrator. In addition to being the publicist for comedy geniuses Sex T-Rex, she is the Director of Marketing & Development for Nightwood Theatre, Canada’s flagship feminist theatre since 1979; Marketing Coordinator for Puppetmongers Theatre; and Co-Producer for Confabulation, a cross-national storytelling series in Montreal, Toronto and Victoria, BC. She’s also helping out on Lighters In The Air, a new indie rock musical running at the Monarch Tavern until July 15th as part of this year’s #FringeTO – don’t miss it!

Stephanie Malek (NPC)

Stephanie Malek is a producer, actor, singer, and all around nerd from Toronto, ON. Stephanie is the creator and producer of Songbuster – An Improvised Musical which she also performs with monthly at Buddies in Bad Times Theatre. Most recently, Stephanie co-produced three sold out shows of Buffy the Vampire Slayer’s Once More With Feeling and Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog with her theatre company Cardboard Sword Collective. Stephanie can be seen regularly improvising at the Bad Dog Comedy Theatre and Comedy Bar as part of shows like D&D Live and Catch 23. Twitter: @stephanie_malek

Kaitlin Morrow (NPC)

Kaitlin Morrow is an actor, improviser, puppeteer and builder of giant 20 sided dice (get in touch for your own!). She’s a core company member of Sex T-Rex and an award winning artist in her own right (My Entertainment World’s 2016 Honorary Award for puppetry and Filmapaloooza Paris’ 2018 Audience Choice award for her puppet short film, Object Relations). She regularly performs improv around Toronto (catch her in Teenage House Party, Aug. 17th at Bad Dog Comedy Theatre) and teaches puppetry for a number of theatres, including Second City (take her class there this semester!).

Ben Steamroller (Art and Poster Design)

Ben Steamroller is an illustrator and an East Coaster (who doesn’t like sea food) living in Toronto. His artwork can be seen on everything from comedy show posters to corporate training modules. Seann Murray (Dungeon Master)

Seann is an actor, puppeteer and improviser from Fredericton, N.B. where he started his career with Theatre Free Radical and the NotaBle Acts Festival. Since moving to Toronto he’s had the pleasure of working with such companies as Soulpepper (Ring Round the Moon), Shakespeare in the Ruff (Macbeth- Walking Shadows) and Mermaid Theatre of Nova Scotia (Goodnight Moon and The Runaway Bunny), and recently stage managed the multi-Canadian Comedy Award winning show The Adventures of Tom Shadow. Seann is a technician and teacher at the Bad Dog Comedy Theatre in Toronto and the principle writer for Sex T-Rex.

Sean Tabares (Tabitha Houseman)

Sean Tabares is a Canadian Comedy Award winning improvisor that can be seen performing with some of the D&D Live cast and others at Bad Dog Theatre. You can also see him in the improvised Moonstruck also at Bad Dog, or in this very Fringe Festival. Sean couldn’t be more excited to roll some dice and bring a character sheet to life. 2nd edition for life!

Chris Wilson (Chesterfield)

Chris Wilson is a current cast member the Second City Mainstage in Toronto. He is one half of the 3x Canadian Comedy Award winning duo Peter N’ Chris who have performed at acclaimed festivals such as Just for Laughs, JLF42, San Francisco Sketchfest, Chicago Sketchfest, Toronto SketchFest, Gilda’s Laughfest, and have created original videos for CollegeHumor. Chris is also a cast member and contributing writer of CBC’s Royal Canadian Air Farce and wrote for several seasons of CBC Radio 1’s The Irrelevant Show
