ALEC TOLLER- Director

Alec is the artistic director of Circlesnake Productions and director of Drunk Enough to Say I Love You? (Playwright Project 2014), Dark Matter  (The Storefront Theatre), Special Constables (The Storefront Theatre Season), Angel City (Playwright Project 2013), and assistant director on the triple Dora nominated Laws of Motion (Small Elephant Co-op, dir. Christopher Stanton). Alec is also the director of the feature film Play the Film which screened at nine festivals across the world including NYC, LA, and London, and won six awards including Best Feature and Best Screenplay. Alec is currently directing Blood Moon (Starfish Productions) at the Theatre Passe-Muraille backspace, and will be flying to England in August to direct his second feature film, Arkala, a mixture of the Girl Scouts and Hot Fuzz. Alec holds a BFA in Film Production from York University and is a graduate of Second City’s Conservatory.

 

JOSEF ADDLEMAN- Hank MacReady, Sound 

Having emerged from New Brunswick, Josef Addleman has been an improviser and actor in Toronto and on the occasional Fringe circuit for over ten years. In addition to performing with Sex T-Rex in Watch Out Wildkat! and Callaghan!, he has improvised regularly with a number of teams and companies, including Opening Night Theatre’s weekly improvised musical comedy Smash Hit Musical. 

 

CONOR BRADBURY- “Bill”

For the past eight years Conor had been performing improv and indie theater to gain financial support for his true passion of bartending. He has performed in countless improv show and festivals across Canada and the United States (Next Stage Festival, Montreal Improv Fest, Big City Improv Fest, New York’s Del Close Marathon and Edmonton’s Improvaganza). As a part of Toronto’s Bad Dog Theatre he has appeared in numerous shows (Throne of Games, D&D Live, Final Frontier, Faking Bad) and gained a reputation for being “generally sleeveless”. He has created and performed in several full length plays including Callaghan! and the Wings of the Butterfly (Sex T-Rex), Leviathan (Sex T-Rex) and Special Constables (Circlesnake Productions).He has also recently appeared in his first full length feature film, the multi award winning Play the Film (in which he plays himself, apparently)

 

JULIAN FRID- The Rambler

Julian Frid is an improvisor, actor, teacher and philosopher. His craft began with the Canadian Improv Games, a nationwide highschool improv competition, and then grew as a performer learning from the Impatient Theatre Company and teachers from the Improv Olympic and the Upright Citizens Brigade in Chicago and New York.  He teaches improv at the University of Toronto and to high school students with the outfit “Improv 4 Life”.  Julian draws inspiration mainly from the cottage up north, Twitter, and his friends and family that surround him.

 

KAITLIN MORROW- WildKat MacReady

Originally from the beautiful Annapolis Valley in Nova Scotia. Kaitlin is an actor, and award winning puppeteer. She’s been performing with Sex T-Rex since 2010 in such productions as: Callaghan!, Leviathan, and Bendy Sign Coffee (Winner of Insight Productions’ Pilot Week). Other theatre credits include: Throne of Games/Bad Dog Theatre; Second Honeymoon/ Puppetmongers’ Fresh Ideas Fest, and four international tours with Mermaid Theatre of Nova Scotia. Film and TV Credits include: Poe/ABC; Dangerous Persuasions/ Discovery; Closet Monster/ Circlesnake (Winner, Kahbang Film Fest’s Audience Choice); Couch Fort Family /Way Past Curfew. Kaitlin has taught puppetry for such theatre organizations as: Soul Pepper Academy, Mermaid Theatre, and Single Thread. She is a graduate of George Brown Theatre School. 

 

SEANN MURRAY- Spider, Curly

Seann is an actor, puppeteer and improvisor from N.B. where he got his start with TUNB and the NotaBle Acts Festival. After graduating from George Brown Theatre School he joined Sex T-Rex, performed scores of improv shows across Canada and the US, and co-authored Callaghan!, Leviathan and now our latest: Watch Out WildKat!, the first show he’s written that doesn’t end in -han. Outside of Sex T-Rex, he’s toured internationally with Mermaid Theatre of Nova Scotia and worked with Soul- Pepper Theatre, Stagecraft Theatre and Bad Dog Theatre Company- with whom he produced, performed, DJed and Dungeon Mastered D&D Live!.
